Oh my goodness, this month CRAWLED by. I hate November because you don't have any holidays, it's cold and rainy, and it's just teasing you with the holiday season. Now that's it's almost done, and out of the way, we can focus on December.
December on the other hand is one of my favourite months. We get snow, Christmas, New Year's Eve. All of those things are just lovely. And I can't wait to get home for a bit and see my family. It's been such a slow year, maybe it's because it's my last year, but could it possibly go any slower.

I have three dresses on hold at Twilfit and Tattings, I need a skilled eye, and we need to go shopping asap. Do you have a dress yet?

Hogsmeade was nice, I bought a few new quills and some really pretty purple ink. I'm going to use it for non school work related things. And some strawberry mouse chocolates, because they're delicious. It's just crisp enough to wear my new cloak, but no snow yet, which is very nice.

I always find Halloween most enjoyable, partly because of the sweets, honestly, who doesn't love those? And because I think it's amusing to see everyone's costumes. Especially the more buttoned up sorts, let their hair down really. I dressed up as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Very classic chic. The book is brilliant, I highly recommend it.
I do look forward to Hogsmeade weekends, there are a few items at Twilfit and Tattings I would like to look at. While I appreciate the eclectic mix of things at Gladrags, I find I simply don't have the style to pull them off. And I'm running low on sugar quills, I find I can finish homework quicker when I'm enjoying one.
My horoscope says I will be learning the value of money this month. I wonder if that means I should only pick up a few things. I'll have to really think about what I'll be doing in Hogsmeade this month.
